Hello Barnum Students and Parents! My name is Mr. Brush and I am going to be your Physical Education teacher! I love P.E. and I am really looking forward to all the fun we are going to have in the gym!
I attended Cleveland State University on a scholarship for Wrestling for two years before transferring to Metropolitan State University of Denver. I Graduated from Metro State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science and a Minor in Elementary education. Additionally, I am licensed in Physical Education, Special Education, and Elementary Education.
During my summer break I am the supervisor of a really awesome Summer Camp. I take campers, hiking, camping, horseback riding, canoeing, zip lining and much more! In the gym I enjoy teaching and practicing fun skills and healthy habits that students can use throughout their lives.
Being active is an important part of my life I enjoy mountain biking and snowboarding with my family.
